一、法考客观题题型是什么
客观题题型是:单项选择题、多项选择题和不定项选择题。
2020年国家统一法律职业资格考试客观题考试共两卷。分为试卷一、试卷二,每张试卷100道试题,分值为150分,其中单项选择题50题、每题1分,多项选择题和不定项选择题共50题、每题2分,两张试卷总分为300分。具体考查科目为:
试卷一:**社会主义法治理论、法理学、宪法、中国法律史、国际法、司法制度和法律职业道德、刑法、刑事诉讼法、行政法与行政诉讼法。
试卷二:民法、知识产权法、商法、经济法、环境资源法、劳动与社会保障法、国际私法、国际经济法、民事诉讼法(含仲裁制度)。
报名客观题人员报名时应当具有以下材料:

二、要参加社区工作者的招聘考试,要准备什么
面试前首先最好熟悉一下自己的报考的岗位职责,熟悉一下自己岗位的具体是做什么事情的,这里有几个方法可以去熟悉。
1、找在社区工作的熟人或者朋友了解最新的工作情况。
2、自己到网上去了解社区办事的基本流程和处理事物的具体方向。
熟悉岗位职责的好处是自己在心理对这个工作有个初步的认识和了解,自己能在面试过程中实事求是的说出自己的想法。考官都是职场的高手,喜欢听到面试者真心诚意的话语和能够实际**作的计划。
一般的社区工作者面试都是结构化面试,结构化面试简单说就是面试者按照老师指定好的结构顺序进行面试,一般面试的场地是一件**闭的房间里面,里面有5-9个面试主考官,还有2-3个记分员和监督员等组成,面试者一般会收到一张问卷纸,里面有3个大题,考生一般有10分钟通过口述表达的方式将自己的观点和建议说给考官听。
考官主要考察学生以下几点能力:

现在的考生对题目的把握一般都还可以过关,但是对于一些其他的细节问题,很多应届毕业生就不是那么适应了,比如说面试之前要注意的言行和举止。
言行:主要是指考生的语言和行动,切记注意在考场和考场周围说话都要小心谨慎,不能在考试中说一套,一出了考场的考生,就又说一套。考官对考生的言行印象分是很重要的。举止:考生不需要过度的穿着鲜艳,也不必过于化妆,基层社区工作者就是一个普通的办事工作人员,不是什么明星和社会**,所以自己的举止要和社会实际中的工作人员要匹配。不管是男生还是女生服装一定要大方得体。
1、服装选择要得体,不得太花里胡哨;
2、不一定要穿黑色套装可以选择**或者红色套装,其次不要在面部带太多装饰性的东西;
3、中跟鞋是最佳选择,再次裙子要过膝,不宜太短。
4、袜子不能有脱丝,准备一双备用,最重要一点是不能光腿面试。
1、套装的选择,最容易被接受的男性西装颜色是浅蓝、黑中带浅灰色,其次是褐色和米色。
3、领带尽量选择真丝的,宽度在23/4英寸和31/2英寸之间。
注重时间观念:不能在考试的时候出现迟到和早退的现象,作为一个名社区工作者,按照时间流程办事是一个基本的要求,如果在面试的时候出现迟到和早退现象,基本上是不可能面试成功的。
